Brief essays that may or may not have any literary merit, or any merit, or tons of it, like a well decorated soldier of words, who happens to make ridiculous, yet gallant metaphors like that last one.
A "normal" guy. And an "anomaly". These two words do not go together...you get the point. I like writing, but it's a constant battle being you're own editor...i don't post a lot of what I would consider to be "my real stuff"
pictures of you
shadows of me
barely float in this ocean
slighty swim in this sea
caged birds in mirrors
hushed voices, the vibe
memories and matchbooks
paid off my own bribe
repetition's important
if you want to succeed
decrees and diplomas
more stuff that we need
doctors prescribe us
pills to get through
the pain of fruition
the path laced with clues
